							Deposit:
							
							We 
							require a non-refundable deposit of $250 at the time 
							you select your puppy. If you will be picking up 
							your puppy, the balance is due at the time of pick 
							up.

							However, if it will be necessary that your puppy 
							to shipped, the balance must be paid in full  plus 
							the shipping costs two (2) weeks prior to shipment. 
							We accept a limit of 4 deposits before a litter is 
							born for pick of the litter in the order that 
							deposits are received, (1st deposit, 1st pick, 2nd 
							deposit,2nd pick, etc.) once the litter is born and 
							the deposits for pick have their made their choice, 
							we will accept deposits for you choice of the remain 
							pups on a first come basis. We will not hold a based 
							on your word that your deposit is on the way.

							 

							All puppies are sold as pets with a spay/neutered 
							contract unless prior arrangements are made.

							 

							Microchipping now offer $50 

						
						Shipping:
						
						Shipping 
						costs are APPROXIMATELY $350 and includes major airline 
						aire fare ( up to 50 lbs ), crate, vet check, health 
						certificate, toys, collar/leash and bone chew. We do not 
						ship overseas..

						
						
						Payment:
						
						We must 
						receive your deposit within 5-7 days after your pick out 
						your puppy. If we do not receive your deposit in this 
						time frame we will not be able to hold the puppy of your 
						choice. If you are mailing your deposit, it is best to 
						use Priority Mail to ensure that we receive it within 
						the 5-7 days and that you have a tracking number. We 
						accept payment by US
						
						Postal Money Order send Priority, Express Mail, 
						Money Gram, credit card Visa, MasterCard, 
						Discover thru PayPal. 
We do not accept personal checks ( No Exception! 
						) 

						Scammers Beware: We 
						do not cash checks or money orders for higher amounts 
						than cost of our pups and wire ever payments. If you 
						send us more money than needed for the price and 
						shipping of you pups, we keep it. We consider it a bonus 
						for putting up with all your emails where we had a 
						figure out what you were trying to say. We also do not 
						cash these checks and money orders without calling on 
						the bank that they are issued from to find out they are 
						fraudulent and at that point we contract FBI and turn 
						over all of you emails and the check to them so that 
						they can more easily find you. 

						This kennel is not a
						
						puppy mill.  We will not sell to Brokers or 
						Pet Stores.

						Boarding Policy: 
						All sold puppies must be picked up at 6 weeks old or 
						shipped at 8 weeks old unless other arrangements are 
						made prior to that time. A boarding fee will be charged 
						for any sold puppy that cannot be picked up or shipped 
						as stated above. Boarding fee are $10 per day beginning 
						on that day after the puppy turn 6 weeks old for puppies 
						being picked up and on that day after the puppy turn 8 
						weeks old for puppies being shipped. Boarding free are 
						applied for up to 2 weeks maximum at which time all fees 
						paid will be forfeit and the puppy will be advertised 
						for sale. Puppies with boarding fees will not be 
						released to the buyer until 
						
						all boarding fees are paid in full.

						If you 
						purchase a puppy that is older than 8 weeks or an adult 
						dog, you will have 7 days in which to pick up the dog or 
						have it shipped. A boarding fee of $10 per day will 
						begin on the 8th day after purchase for a maximum of 2 
						weeks at which time, all funds will be forfeit and the 
						puppy or adult dog will be re-advertised for sale.
